• Starter: For very small organizations, solopreneurs, or anyone receiving up to 50 calls per month who needs a basic answering system. This plan lets you access premium voices, upgraded AI builder requests, prebuilt integrations, and transcripts + AI summaries.
• Pro: Ideal for small businesses handling 50–1000 calls per month or those needing AI support with more advanced integration capability, outbound calling, priority support, webchat, reduced minute rate and A/B testing.
• Enterprise: Tailored for large organizations receiving 1000+ calls per month, or when features like custom integrations, white glove onboarding, HIPAA compliance, custom telephony or enterprise-grade security are required.
Enterprise customers also work with a dedicated Phonely team member throughout setup and optimization, so you are not left building or managing everything on your own.

Post-transfer minutes are the call minutes that happen after Phonely transfers a caller to a live person or another phone number, while the original call connection is still active on our side.
In some transfer setups, even though the AI agent is no longer part of the conversation, Phonely’s telephony connection does not immediately disconnect at the moment of transfer. Instead, it stays active in the background until the call fully ends. Because that connection remains open, we continue to be charged carrier and telephony costs for those minutes, which is why post-transfer minutes may be billed.
Put simply: if Phonely is still carrying the call in the background after the transfer, those minutes can still create telephony costs.
There are a couple of situations where post-transfer minutes do not create any charge for Phonely, which means they are also free for you, those are:
- SIP REFER transfers
- Enterprise plans using custom telephony
