Phonely offers plans designed for businesses of all sizes:

Free: A great way to try Phonely with no payment required. Includes 100 free minutes of phone answering each month, a free phone number, languages, and basic notifications. Keep in mind that the Free plan includes up to 100 minutes per month. If you go over that limit, you will need to upgrade, so it is best suited for lighter call volume or businesses that are still getting started.

• Starter: For very small organizations, solopreneurs, or anyone receiving up to 50 calls per month who needs a basic answering system. This plan lets you access premium voices, upgraded AI builder requests, prebuilt integrations, and transcripts + AI summaries.

• Pro: Ideal for small businesses handling 50–1000 calls per month or those needing AI support with more advanced integration capability, outbound calling, priority support, webchat, reduced minute rate and A/B testing.

• Enterprise: Tailored for large organizations receiving 1000+ calls per month, or when features like custom integrations, white glove onboarding, HIPAA compliance, custom telephony or enterprise-grade security are required.
Does Phonely build my agent for me?
Yes. On Phonely’s Enterprise plan, our team works with you to build, configure, and optimize your AI agent for your business. That includes setting up workflows, tailoring conversations, and helping ensure the agent performs well in production.

Enterprise customers also work with a dedicated Phonely team member throughout setup and optimization, so you are not left building or managing everything on your own.
Is Phonely HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Phonely supports HIPAA-compliant deployments and can sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for Enterprise customers. We also support PII redaction to help protect sensitive information handled during customer conversations.

It is an easy way to try Phonely’s AI phone assistant for business call answering, customer support, and lead capture before upgrading to a paid plan.

What are post transfer minutes?

Post-transfer minutes are the call minutes that happen after Phonely transfers a caller to a live person or another phone number, while the original call connection is still active on our side.

In some transfer setups, even though the AI agent is no longer part of the conversation, Phonely’s telephony connection does not immediately disconnect at the moment of transfer. Instead, it stays active in the background until the call fully ends. Because that connection remains open, we continue to be charged carrier and telephony costs for those minutes, which is why post-transfer minutes may be billed.

Put simply: if Phonely is still carrying the call in the background after the transfer, those minutes can still create telephony costs.

There are a couple of situations where post-transfer minutes do not create any charge for Phonely, which means they are also free for you, those are:

  • SIP REFER transfers
  • Enterprise plans using custom telephony

What is AI SMS?

AI SMS lets you extend the same Phonely agent flows you use for phone calls into text messaging. Instead of building a separate system from scratch, Phonely can take the workflows, logic, and conversation paths you already use for calling and tailor them to the SMS experience.

That means your business can use AI SMS for things like lead qualification, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, reminders, support, and other customer conversations, while keeping the same core logic across channels. The difference is that the experience is adapted for text, so responses, pacing, and conversation design feel natural for SMS rather than voice.

What is AI webchat?

AI webchat lets businesses use the same Phonely flows they have built for customer conversations and bring them to their website. Those flows can be adapted for a chat-based experience, a voice-based experience, or both, depending on how you want customers to interact.

This means the same underlying workflows used for support, qualification, scheduling, and customer guidance can also power website conversations, while being tailored to fit the webchat or voice-on-web experience.

What are Premium Voices?

Premium Voices are Phonely's highest-quality AI voices, available on all paid plans. They deliver more natural intonation, better pacing, and smoother conversational flow compared to standard voices. Premium Voices include access to voice cloning, 1,000+ voice options across 50+ languages, and advanced features like emotional tone matching.
